City of Angels

Our team flew down toward the Pacific Southwest to live recruit in Los Angeles, California. "The City of Angels" is a giant melting pot full of different cultures and consumers from around the world. From Santa Monica Pier, to Rodeo Drive, to The Grove, we came across both tourists and locals alike. Los Angeles proves to be a leading city in innovation, flourishing with business, and serving as the hub of globally recognized entertainment and art. 

During our recruitment we were able to speak with international travelers who gave us insight into their experience visiting LA. It was interesting to observe the thought processes guiding consumers' decisions of where to spend both time and money on their vacation. Los Angeles has always attracted people from all over the world, and continues to be a desirable destination for travelers seeking a beachy keen, classically Californian experience.

Day At The Pictures

It’s Saturday night at the movies, and the lobby is buzzing with people eager to see the latest and greatest film. Popcorn and sodas in hand, dates, families, friends, and others flood into the theater for a very special IMAX experience of the "Suicide Squad."

Our team hit the opening night to find out exactly what moviegoers thought. After the credits rolled, we intercepted people and questioned them on the spot. With their opinions fresh in their minds, the consumers filled out surveys with opinions and knowledge we couldn't get anywhere else. We spoke to many great consumers and got our insights faster than ever.

West Coast Craft Fair

Who doesn't like a little arts and crafts? Well we cut ourselves a little break from downtown and ventured off to Fort Mason where San Francisco held its 2014 West Coast Craft Fair. These vendors and designers are experts in their craft with an abundant showcase of  beautiful works of art, trendy accessories, new merchandise, handcrafted products and more leather than the whole cast of Grease. There were food trucks outside, ice cream stands calling out our inner children, and best of all was the scenic location overlooking the ocean.

Most importantly, this epic craft fair drew in a crowd of hip, forward-thinking designers and innovators. These creative geniuses are exactly the type that makes for an awesome focus group discussion or creative brainstorm session.
