Instant Insights Lab is a boutique consumer research lab located in Downtown San Francisco. We are looking for a recruiter to join our team in the streets. We go out of our way to find consumers to participate in focus groups. Whether it be on the streets of San Francisco or at local events, we find the ideal candidates to meet our clients' needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to hit the pavement and work on your feet
- Attention to detail / multitasking
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Excel at field outreach and canvassing
- Professional and clean-cut appearance
- Customer service skills is a plus
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Recruit various candidates for marketing research focus groups.
- Market survey/ screen
- Explore San Francisco to pursue ideal target consumers
- Cover local events and conventions
MULTIMEDIA INTERN
The Multimedia Intern will be responsible for creating, writing, and editing media content for our website, social media and overall branding. This is a jack of all trades media position with opportunities to learn about marketing and market research.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
- Must have journalism, photography and graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Current college students
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Shoot street photography of live recruiting
- Edit photos using to create a cohesive look that fits the company image
- Create company blogs, and write articles for website material
- Create and edit graphics for our website, social media, uniforms, and print material for consumers and clients
- Cover local events for social media material
- Enhance company social media presence
- Create templates for our marketing reports and documents
Hospitality Intern
If you are an undergraduate seeking an understanding of the hospitality industry, we offer an Internship Program that provides practical work experience and an introduction to business hospitality culture and management philosophy.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service experience is a plus
WHAT you will be doing
- Provide guests and clients with the services and facilities they request in a friendly, professional and prompt manner
- Prepare for and check in all consumers upon arrival
- Efficiently and accurately complete all Front Office accounting procedures
